Terms and Conditions

1. General

a. All participants in the “I’m a plane” contest are bound by these terms and conditions. Submission of an entry indicates the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
b. Ikbis has the right to alter or cancel any contest as it sees fit without prior notice.
c. Ikbis has the right to reject any submissions at any time.
d. The sponsor and Ikbis have the right to use the material submitted in the contest.

a. Anyone can participate in the contest. However, prizes will be awarded to users living in GCC countries, other users and Ikbis team members are not eligible for prizes.
b. Winners must have a correctly filled profile on Ikbis. This includes full name, valid email address, city and country of residence. Users with incomplete or faulty profiles are not eligible to win.
c. Participants have to be at least 16 years old.
d. This competition starts on the 28th of March 2008 and will end on the 31st of May 2008, the closing date for submissions is the 31st of May 2008 midnight GMT of that day, any submissions before or after that date will not be accepted.
e. Voting on the submitted videos starts on the 1st Of May 2008 and ends on the 31st of May 2008.

a. Submissions must be consistent with the term and conditions and privacy policy of Ikbis.
b. The submitted content has to be owned by the participant.
c. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that the submitted content has been taken with the permission of the subject and does not infringe national and international laws.
d. Participants must upload their original videos.
e. All the submissions must be related to the theme of the contest, “I’m a plane” please read more about the contest http://ikbis.com/contests/ba/about
f. There is no limit on the number of videos uploaded per user.
g. Only submissions uploaded in the designated contest page will be considered.

a. Voting starts on the 1st Of May 2008 and ends on the 31th of May 2008.
b. Only signed up user are eligible to vote. Each user can vote only once per video.
c. Users who create multiple accounts and vote for their shots or motivate others to do so are not eligible to win prizes.

a. The prizes will be awarded on the following basis: British Airways will choose the best three videos out of the top 15 voted for videos.
b. Winning in the voting phase is based on the number of votes on each video.
c. Each of the three winners will receive a return ticket to London on British Airways, winners have to travel within 60 days from the date of announcing the winners.
d. Ikbis and the sponsor have the right to change the prizes or pay the equivalent value, determined by Ikbis and sponsor, to winners.
